Mushrooms & Health Report: The Mushrooms and Health 2010 report replaces the initial 2008 report and was prepared by the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO), Australia's largest and most diversified food research organization www.csiro.au. It involved a systematic literature search using the databases of PubMed, SCOPUS, Web of Science, AGRICOLA and the CSIRO Electronic Journals Collection. Approximately 11,000 published papers were identified and about 3,000 were evaluated in detail. The report authors are Dr. Peter Roupas, Dr. Jennifer Keogh, Dr. Manny Noakes, Christine Margetts, and Pennie Taylor.
